This IMG activity describes how to draw up a paper draft of the required form.

RECOMMENDATION

SAP recommends drawing up a paper draft of the required form on squared paper or graph paper before starting configuration. This will help you to avoid errors during configuration of the system.

ACTIVITY

In the following section, skip the first step if you use a pre-printed form.

  1. Determine the format (portrait/landscape) and the number of lines and columns for the required form.
  2. Mark the individual lines and columns on the sheet of squared paper or graph paper or on the pre-printed form by numbering them, starting at "1".
  3. Enter the data required in the remuneration statement in the required position on the paper draft.
  4. Determine which of the three procedures you want to use for setting the data (see "Set up form").
