In order to determine the correct entitlements to continued remuneration, you must specify the parameters for the individual absences to be included in the agreement.
In this activity, you set up the basic data for quota management.
The sickness indicator is transferred from table T508A (Work Schedule Rules). Employees who have the same sickness indicator are also subject to the same quota management.
The output symbol assigned in the previous IMG activity forms part of the two-digit absence symbol.

Recommendation
In the step Quota Management create a unit of deduction according to which the quota should be deducted.
A quota management based on calendar days is useful for apprentices, as the regional health insurance funds use a partial remuneration for calendar days as a settlement basis. In addition, after the basic entitlement has run out, a "three-day rule" takes effect. This is also based on calendar days.
