Cardiac Catheter Log
Cardiac catheter log data is transferred into the findings. For each service there can therefore be only one cardiac catheter log. In document category N8CA_HKP the 'Unique' indicator is therefore set and may not be removed in the correspondingly created customer document category!
Display Material Consumption In the "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Steps" table there are various alternative fields for the material consumed: - N8CAHKDSMA Simple combo box field or - N8CAMAT Field for a material code During MM integration the material number and if the material is defined as a service the service code is entered here. - N8CAMATTXT Name of material
Overview of Procedure Progress Currently, two lists are offered, which contain an overview of the progress of the procedure. On the "General Data" tab page you can request an overview for each service, which displays all time-dependent data of the "Progress" and "Hemodynamics" tab pages. On the "Progress" tab page you can create a list of the chronological process of a procedure including comments and the administration of drugs. In order to display the diagnostic and theraprutic steps in the overview, the Grouping column must contain a column sequence. If a column should not be displayed, no entry is made. On the ALV grid you cannot change the layout, as the lists do not have homogeneous column structures.
Cardiac Catheter Findings
CC number in cardiac catheter findings The cardiac catheter number is automatically transferred from the suitable CC log (element list -> external data supply)
Evaluation in Cardiac Catheter Findings In document category definition the grouping for the Evaluation documentation element must contain the alias name of the field to be transferred from the cardiac catheter log. The document category must be entered in the grouping of the field for the CC number. With the help of this entry the provisional evaluation is then transferred from the suitable CC log (pushbutton).
Further Fields in Cardiac Catheter Findings with Data Transfer Automatic presetting from the CC log is stored in the document category for the following fields (element list->external data supply): Body Weight, Patient Height, Complications
Input Help Based on Simulated Combo Boxes (N2KA) The input help for the findings abbreviations is based in the entries in table N2KA. This means combo box entries are simulated here. The fields are simple documentation elements and can only be filled with values from the input help. The same applies to the following fields: Study Participation Bypass Type in Bypass Table
Entries for Presetting Interventions In order for the Interventions table to be filled from the diagnostic/therapeutic steps of the CC log, the following prerequisites must be satisfied:
In document category definition the document category of the cardiac catheter log is entered in the groupin gfor the CC number documentation element.
In the short text of the combo box entry for a diagnostic or therapeutic step in the CC log the code 'CORO' is entered for a coronary intervention or 'OTHER' for another intervention.
The entered segment corresponds, in syntax, exactly to the name on the Coronary Angiography tab page, so that Stenosis pre can be preset from diagnostics.
Print Cardiac Catheter Findings with Smart Forms Five Smart Form sample forms have been provided, which are processed, one after the other in the Print Output user exit: N8CAHKB_1 Basic CC findings form (always print) N8CAHKB_2 Coronary angiography (only if executed) N8CAHKB_3 Interventions (only if executed) N8CAHKB_4 Ventriculography (only if executed) N8CAHKB_5 Vitien forms (only if executed) If you wish to use these samples, they should be copied into the customer namespace and the new names entered in the user exit. As a rule you will probably wish to make changes to at least Smart Form N8CAHKB_1.
The forms have the include RN2DSCA_HKB_FORM with form routine and RN2DSCA_HKB_TYPES, which do not usually need to be copied.
