Use

In this IMG activity you determine the cancellation reasons which should be available when canceling a medication order.

Requirements

You can enter a cancellation reason when canceling a medication order. This specifies why the medication order was canceled.

Standard settings

Activities

1. You enter the institution in the Inst field.
2. In the Cancellation Reason field you enter a unique three-digit key for the cancellation reason.
3. In the Name field you can enter a language-dependent 15-character text.
4. You set the Medication Order indicator if you wish for the cancellation reason to be available when canceling medication orders.
