Use
In this activity you can store diagnosis proposals with separate free texts for the content of a document field.
Requirements
Prerequisite for this functionality is the existence of at least one field on the document, which implies one or more diagnoses due to the content.
Standard settings
In customizing table TN2GENDIA you can store, for each document category, alias name, and field value, several diagnosis keys with the usual indicator and a free text.
These diagnoses are offered as proposals, taking any localization requirement into account. Selected diagnoses are then saved with a movement reference and transferred into the diagnosis table of the document.
Diagnosis keys which do not exist in the current diagnosis catalog are flagged.
For information purposes, all existing diagnoses for the patient case are displayed in a separate directory when diagnoses are selected.
Activities
Determine the name and version of the document dategory as well as the alias name of the document field (N2T8).
Enter values relevant to the content of the document field, which correspond to a reference to the desired diagnoses.
If localization is required, select the intended checkbox.
Enter any other necessary indicators for each diagnosis:
- Referral diagnosis
- Treatment diagnosis
- Admission diagnosis
- Discharge/treatment certificate diagnosis
- Principal department diagnosis
- Principal hospital diagnoses
- Surgery diagnosis
- Working diagnosis
- Preoperative diagnosis
- Medical secondary diagnosis (see Tab TN26B, diagnosis priority)
If required enter a separate free text, which should be used instead of the catalog text.
Example
A row which refers to value 'SKLER' in a field of the cardiac catheter sample document, would have the following content:
