Use
Text fields in components for the clinical order, which are supplied in the cardiology departmental solution, sometimes contain free text fields with input help. You can maintain the proposal values for these fields here. As these fields are also sometimes used on documents on the solution, they are maintained in a communcal storage location, in the maintenance transaction for so-called combo box values (TA N2KA).
The Cardiology header component contains a field for other cardiovascular risks.
The item component for cardiac catheter examinations contains fields for other information.
The item component for ECG examinations contains fields for other relevant medication and for ICD and pacemaker types.

Activities
General cardio: Maintain entries for the documentation element N8CACAVSON.
CC: Maintain entries for the documentation element N8CACORDS1 (other indications) and N8CAINTER (table of previous interventions).
ECG: Maintain the entries for the documentation element N8CA_ICDTY (ICD type), N8CA_PMTY (pacemaker type) and N8CAMEDSON (other medication).
