Use

In this IMG activity, you define the value types to represent the type of valuation that you have used, to valuate the real estate objects. The standard system allows you to use external valuation systems to perform valuation for real estate objects. You can specify value types for real estate objects on the tab Valuation Summary . The value types will be shown in the field help only if you uncheck the flag Intermediate Result in this IMG activity.

Note: The value types that you define in the IMG by choosing Collateral Management -> Object Management -> Basic Functions are not valid for real estate objects. They are however valid for all the other collateral objects.
