Use

In this IMG activity, you define real estate types for which you are required to maintain real estate objects. Each new real estate object inherites the characteristics of the real estate type, to which it is assigned. Further, you must define the following

  • Real estate types - building part types assignment to determine the allowed building part types for a real estate type.
  • Real estate types - accessory types assignment to determine the allowed building part types for a real estate type. Additionally, to create a sub-asset in Collateral Management for each accessory type, you must check the flag marked sub-asset.
  • Following asset relevant details for real estate types:

  • Single family house with apartment
  • Manufacturing building
  • Row house middle
  • Corporate office building

Requirements

You must have defined the required building part types and accessory types in the relevant Implementation Guide activities.
