Use
In this IMG activity, you define building part types to maintain detailed descriptions for a real estate. In Real Estate object management, a real estate is considered as a whole unit and you may require to maintain descriptions for parts of the real estate and not the whole unit. These influence the value of a real estate.
You must assign a building part type to each building part that you create in Real Estate object management.
Note: When an asset is created for a real estate, a sub-asset is not created for a building part.
