Use
In this IMG activity, you define keys for controlling the process of a real estate. The process behavior for a real estate is further customized based on this control key. Therefore, in the relevant IMG activity, you must assign each process control key to a real estate type.
A process control key determines the permitted activities for the real estates of the real estate type.
Note: You can assign one process control key to different real estate types if they exhibit the same behavior.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system has four control keys, namely Residential, Commercial , Land and Agricultural .
Activities
Determine the control keys that you need for your business requirements. Each control key should uniquely identify a control mechanism for real estates of a real estate type.
Note: If different real estates of a real estate type do not exhibit the same behavior, you must create separate real estate types and assign different control keys.
