Activities

  1. Select New Entries to define new collateral agreement types.
  2. Specify the following values for the collateral agreement type:
    • Collateral agreement type ID
    • Collateral agreement category
    • Role type of the organization involved
    • Name of the collateral agreement
  3. Set the following flags to:
    • Indicate if the agreement is a global collateral agreement
    • Indicate if the agreement is enforceable
    • Indicate if multiple assets can be pledged in the agreement
  4. To define the asset type, business partner role and document type assignments for the collateral agreement type:
    1. Select the collateral agreement type.
    2. In the navigation area of the screen,

  • Select the asset type role to maintain the allowed asset types that can be linked to this agreement type
  • Select the business partner role node to maintain the valid business partner roles for the asset
  • Select the document type node to maintain the valid document types for the asest type

  1. Save your entries.
