Example

The Executive Board members have decided to authorize a stock split to make ownership more affordable to a broader base of employees. This stock split however requires an increase in authorized shares which will need the approval of the shareholders and will probably mean that the awards made under the existing long-term incentive plan will be cancelled and regranted under a new plan.

  • 2 Stock split

You can use these entries or add your own entries in the customer namespace 9*.

Activities

  1. Determine whether you need additional change events
  2. Choose New entries
  3. Enter a two-character identifier and a description per change event
  4. Save your entries
