The system offers the user further assistance in creating actions by generating default values for follow-up actions.
Example
You always use the same letter to invite applicants for a test. The text number of this letter is to be displayed as a default in the "Invitation to test" action.
Requirements
To make use of this functionality, you should assign default values to the following fields:
- Performance deadline with date and time according to previous action
- Is the action a "Recurring task"?
- Standard text
- Personnel number of person responsible for action
- Object ID of vacancy
You do not need to define a default value for every one of these fields.

The settings in the standard system for feature PACPP, Default for follow-up actions include some sample defaults.
Recommendation
Check which follow-up actions can be assigned default values for the fields mentioned above. You should assign these using the feature. In the case of follow-up actions or fields where the values can differ according to certain conditions, you must decide whether or not a value can be used as a default, i.e. if it need only be overwritten when inappropriate.
