In this IMG activity, you maintain the PRA venture status. It lists the activity statuses for the PRA venture. This attribute of the PRA venture has a corresponding effective date on the PRA Venture transaction so that changes in the activity status of the venture can be tracked by date.
The PRA Venture status is for information and ad hoc reporting purposes only and is not used for any processing logic in the PRA system.
Standard set-up
The standard PRA Venture Status list is delivered as part of a PRA implementation. You can, however, add your own venture statuses.
To add your own:
1. Choose New entries. Then in the Venture St column add a two-letter, unique value for the venture status.
2. Enter a description for the venture status. This is the description that will appear in the PRA venture transaction.
3. Save the venture status.
