General Information on the Transfer Category 'External Key Figures'
External key figures are stored in a flat hierarchy. There is no header/item structure in a data transfer.
Receiver Structure
The receiver structure contains the key fields of the original objects (e.g. account number in account area or contract number in the loan area), the key figure category (KNZTYP), and the validity date (valid from (DGUEL)). These fields have to be filled for every transfer. Depending on the key figure category, the fields for amount, quantity, and/or percent also have to be specified. The mode field (SKNZMODE) controls which functions should be executed for the transferred record (I for Insert, U for Update).
Special Note
In a single transfer, an external key figure can only be transferred once for a particular finance object and validity date. If an external key figure is transferred more than once, it will not be recognized.
