Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. If any of the fields do not have the correct entry as indicated below, make the appropriate change(s) in your system.
  3. Check the following six entries:
    • In the Use field, choose Result - criteria group, in the Funct. name field, check that RHPA_CALC_VALUE_USTD_ZA is entered and in the Short text field, check that Calculate NQF unit standard value has been entered.
    • In the Use field, choose Result - criteria, in the Funct. name field, check that RHPA_CALC_VALUE_OUTC_ZA is entered and in the Short text field, check that Calculate NQF outcome value has been entered.
    • In the Use field, choose Result - qualification, in the Funct. name field, check that RHPA_CALC_VALUE_QUAL_ZA is entered and in the Short text field, check that Calculate NQF qualification value has been entered.
    • In the Use field, choose Result - further processing, in the Funct. name field, check that RHPA_APP_PROCESS_FINAL_OUTC_ZA is entered and in the Short text field, check that NQF (Transfer Outcome) has been entered.
    • In the Use field, choose Result - further processing, in the Funct. name field, check that RHPA_APP_PROCESS_FINAL_QUAL_ZA is entered and in the Short text field, check that NQF (Transfer Qualifications) has been entered.
    • In the Use field, choose Result - further processing, in the Funct. name field, check that RHPA_APP_PROCESS_FINAL_USTD_ZA is entered and in the Short text field, check that NQF (Transfer Unit Standard) has been entered.
