In this activity you maintain the number ranges for the turnover numbers of the variable transactions.
Each turnover entered for a variable transaction must be identified by a number. This number is unique within the company code. You have to create and maintain a number range interval with the number 01 for each company code. The turnover numbers can be assigned either internally or externally. Number range numbers other than 01 are not taken into account.
Requirements
The company codes must have been created.
Standard settings
Activities
- First enter the company code in which you want make the number assignment setting.
- Choose Change interval to create or change a number range interval.
- Choose Insert interval to create a new number interval.
- Choose Change level to change the interval level. .
- Specify the interval limits by entering a 'From number' and a 'To number'.
- Set the indicator for internal or external number assignment.
- Save your entries.
