Conditions can be divided into two types: transaction conditions and opportunity conditions. Transaction conditions help depict the conditions of bank transactions which have been imported in the SAP Banking datapool from an old/legacy system. Opportunity conditions are used for several costing procedures. They supplement the costing rule for each transaction, and are used in conjunction with the rule to determine how the opportunity contribution is calculated for a transaction.
The following conditions are transaction conditions:
600: Nominal interest (asset-side)
601: Nominal interest (liability-side)
608: Internal credit line
609: External credit line
610: Commitment interest
The following conditions are opportunity conditions:
614: Opportunity interest rate rate with weighted adjustment - local currency (asset-side)
615: Opportunity interest rate rate with weighted adjustment - local currency (liability-side)
All possible condition types come with the example Customizing. Customers should not maintain any of their own condition types. These would mereley have a different name, and no different properties.
