In order to create financial object data along with master data, you need to set the indicator FO Integration Active. For the related component (Profitability Analysis) this means that the entry screens are provided in which you can store the information for the financial object during online maintenance of the respective transaction data.

In addition you have the option of controlling system behavior in the event of errors as follows:

  • Not possible to save variable transaction if it should not be possible to save the transaction master data if there is an error.
  • Possible to save variable transaction without Profitability Analysis data if you want to be able to save the master data without saving the erroneous financial object part. You will get a warning when saving.
