In order to create financial object data along with master data, you need to set the indicator FO Integration Active. This means that for the corresponding component (Profitability Analysis) the system provides respective transaction entry screens during online maintenance of the data in which you can store information for the financial object.
You can also control how the system behaves in the event of errors as follows. Select:
- Not possible to save account if it should not be possible to save the transaction master data if there is an error.
- Possible to save account without profitability analysis data if you want to be able to save the master data without saving the incorrect financial object part. Here, the system issues a warning message when you save the data.
You can also limit BCA accounts according to bank area and product.
