Use
You can set up the actions in the payment transaction that are to be allowed during the term phases depending on the bank area, product, item types, and transaction types:
Preliminary phase
Fixing phase
Inactivity phase (installment savings)
Due date
You can set up the following actions:
Post
Park
Reject
Payment transaction checks are only made for accounts that have the Term Agreement for Fixed-Term Deposit feature, and only when you create the payment item or payment order.
If, for example, the allowed action is "Post" and the item/order is going to the release process, it can be posted or rejected from the Release. The same applies when the allowed action is "Park". Posting is then allowed during postprocessing. The user who is releasing or postprocessing is no longer prompted for allowed or non-allowed actions.
If there is no entry that meets the exact conditions during checks (transaction type & item type & product & bank area) then the system searches for an entry that has one condition less, i.e. item type & product & bank area.
If the system does not find an entry that meets the conditions, it carries on as if the check had not been carried out.
