Use
In this section, you maintain the field descriptions for your own fields. This is based on the language and the bank area that have been set up. You use a button to set up the field display.
You can enter your own data in customer fields when you create payment items, payment orders, standing orders, and reference accounts. This has been enabled by the addition of the corresponding fields to the structures and tables. These customer fields are transferred during processing to the bank statement so that they can be called up when the bank statement is printed.
You need to maintain all six fields even if you want to use only individual fields.
Standard settings
The standard system does not display the fields that you can define.
Activities
You need to provide the required fields with a description.
