Use

This Customizing table enables you to check locks when you create a payment item or payment order.

You can check locks for payment transactions and business partners by bank area.

If you activate a lock and a check, the system displays a dialog box when you create a payment item or payment order.

Standard settings

The dialog box is not displayed for existing locks.

Example

You can display the following locks on an account:

  • Debit lock: The system checks the account debit lock
  • Credit lock: The system checks the account credit lock
  • Business partner lock: The system checks the business partner lock
  • Payment transaction lock: The system checks the lock reasons in the lock reason table for the payment transaction.
