In this section you can make the settings for advice notifications for returns.
In the current account system, advice notifications in the case of returns are supported by a business transaction event. If, in the Customizing table, there is a setting for advice notification in the case of returns, this event is called up and the data on the return payment order, the original payment item and the Customizing settings assigned to the advice notification is transferred by means of the interface.
In Customizing you can define for every transaction type and currency as of which amount the account holder, collection agency and check depository must be informed.
Example
For transaction type check debit, currency DEM and amount 2,000.00, advice notification for the account holder is selected.
This means that for a returned check debit as of an amount of 2,000 transferred to the interface, the account holder is to receive advice notification.
You can enter the amounts on a scale. For example, the account holder is to be informed as of an amount of 1,000.00, and as of 2,000.00, the collection agency is also to be informed.
Standard settings
No advice notifications are preset in the standard system.
Activities
Define the required advice notification details.
As transaction type, enter the original transaction type that lead to the advice notification.
The field sequential number is used as a technical key field. In this field, enter a number that must be clear and unmistakable within a combination of transaction type and currency.
