Features define the functionality that can be executed with an account. The features maintained here serve as basis for the definition of functionality useable for the products. The term 'functionality' is used as a collective description for feature and payment transaction operation.
You can also link direct charges to the features.
Standard settings
The following features available in the standard system are pre- defined: bank statement, cash concentration, account balancing, account closure and standing order.
Recommendation
Do not change the entries specified by SAP. Only make your own entries in exceptional circumstances if you have implemented additional functionality. Note that in this case you must also implement all checks regarding the features (direct charges etc.) yourself.
Activities
If you have implemented additional features in your system, maintain these.
By means of an indicator you can maintain for each feature if this is to be executed periodically (e.g. account balancing, bank statement). The indicator controls if such a feature can be defined as periodic task for the account.
