You can define a trivial amount in each condition area for each posting category for the charges or interest to be calculated for the customer. If this amount is not reached when the account is balanced for a particular posting category, then nothing is posted.
Example
In condition area 01 a trivial amount of 5.00 USD is defined for posting category debit interest. If, during account balancing, debit interest amounting to 4.99 USD is calculated, then the current account is not debited.
Standard settings
There are no trivial amounts defined in the standard system.
Activities
Decide whether to charge or credit small amounts for certain conditions. Enter these trivial amounts for each condition area and posting category.
