Dispatch expense counters serve to differentiate conditions for dispatch expenses. You can create one or more dispatch expense counters for a condition area.

The dispatch expense counters are not automatically updated by the system. You must maintain them using a customer module. For this, an appropriate Business Transaction Event (BTE)is available.

Standard settings

SAP does not supply dispatch expense counters as part of the standard system.

Activities

Proceed as follows:

  1. Define the appropriate dispatch expense counter in the system.
  2. Develop a function module that transfers the dispatch expenses from the corresponding system and updates the counter.
