In this IMG activity you assign the subtypes created for infotype 'Family members/related persons' (0021) in your company to the legal categories corresponding to taxes. In this particular case you assign the class 'S' (spouse) and 'O' (legal owner) to the subtypes of infotype 0021 used in your system to save data on these people. If you use the standard subtypes, the setting of the table is as follows:

Further notes
The generation program of Annual statement of employment tax (IRPF) deductions and payments (template 190) uses this information to read the NIF field of the corresponding records and fill the 'NIF of spouse' and 'NIF of legal owner' fields.
