In this step the following are defined:
- the length of period of grace "time slot", currently valid for the national collective agreement for metalworkers
- the period type of grace time slot
INPS too uses a mechanism that can be considered a grace: the Body, in fact, does not provide for compensation from the 181st day of sickness within the INPS year.
Example
The metalworkers agreement includes a grace period based on a "mobile" time slot, of a fixed length (3 years).
The INPS grace, on the other hand, includes a fixed period (the INPS year), past which no compensation is paid.
Requirements
This table is strictly related to table "Define grace limits" preceding it in the Implementation Guide. Linking the two tables in question you gain the information already illustrated in the example: for INPS there is a limit of 180 days in the calendar year, while for the employer all the limits have to be observed in a fixed length mobile time slot of three years.

Activities
Indicate which is the time slot in which the days limits are considered. This operation must be carried out both for apportioning by the employer and by INPS.
