In this step, you define additional time specification types for your employment period calculation.

For each time specification type, your define whether you enter a period (start and end date) or a key date (date only). Periods can be entered with a percentage weighting or a numerator/denominator combination.

Example

You want to define the time specification type Employment in private enterprise. For this time specification type, you want to enter the period and also a imputable duration. You define the period and duration in years, months, and days for this time specification type.

Activities

  1. Check the existing time specification types.
  2. If necessary, create new time specification types.
    1. To do this, choose New entries.
    2. In the Period/key date and Imputation fields, enter the required values.

Further notes

You can only select a weighting with a percentage rate or with a factor with numerator and denominator for one period.

Always choose duration in years, months, and days for the key date.
