Use

In this activity, you define which absences prevent an increase for which employees. You define this using feature AVKRZ (HR-PS AT: Grace Periods Preventing Increase (Absences)).

Requirements

Standard settings

If one of the specified grace periods preventing increase exists at the time of increase, report RPIPSR00 does not perform an increase for the employee.

The return value comprises the grouping of personnel subareas for attendance/absence types (first two characters) and the attendance/absence category.

Activities

  1. Check feature AVSTG and adapt it to meet your requirements.
  2. Save your changes.
  3. Choose activate.
