In this activity, you check the Customizing settings for calculation procedure VSTG (Increase, Key Date). The system uses this calculation procedure in the calculation of the employment period to determine an employee's key date for increase.
You use report RPUSEN20 (Evaluation of IMG Settings Calculation of Employment Period) to evaluate calculation procedure VSTG in this work step. This report generates an object structure of the calculation procedure. By double clicking a particular object in this object structure, you can check and change the Customizing settings of the object.
Standard settings
The required Customizing settings for calculating the key date for increase are already available in the standard system.
Activities
- Check the default values on the selection screen of report RPUSEN20.
Default value VSTG is entered in field Calculation Procedure.
- Choose Execute.
The report evaluates the calculation procedure and outputs an object structure.
- If you double click a displayed object, you can check and change its Customizing settings.
