Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define key performance indicators (KPI) for carriers. You can create KPI profiles and assign related KPIs to these profiles. Subsequently, you can assign these KPI profiles to freight agreement RFQ masters in the SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) system in SAP NetWeaver Business Client under Freight Agreement Management.
The system uses the KPIs specified under these profiles to calculate scores for carriers. In the business context viewer in a freight agreement RFQ master, the system ranks the carriers based on these scores. These rankings enable you to analyze the performance of the carriers and determine the carriers that can be used for transportation of goods.
