Use
In this Customizing activity, you specify the calculation settings for pension contributions, for example, calculation frequency, contribution base, and the decision factor to determine contribution rates. The Calculate Retirement Pension Contribution (KR) (KRRPC) payroll function reads the settings in this Customizing table and calculates pension contributions based on the formula: contribution amount = contribution base x contribution rate.
Requirements
You have defined retirement pension plans in Customizing for Payroll: South Korea under Retirement Pension -> Define Retirement Pension Plans.
You have defined the decision factors in Customizing for Payroll: South Korea under Retirement Pension -> Calculate Pension Contributions -> Define Contribution Rates.
Standard settings
Activities
You specify the following calculation settings:
- How often the system carries out the calculation
- Base amount for contribution calculation
- Decision factor that the system uses to determine the contribution rates
- If the system accrues the contributions by the employer
- Wage type in which the system stores the accrued contributions
Note
If you choose a user-defined base amount to calculate contributions, you must enter the wage type that stores the amount.
