Use

In this Customizing activity, you define participant status in a pension plan by indicating the following:

  • If an employee participates in the pension plan
  • If the employer contributes to the employee's retirement pension

The defined participant statuses are available in the Retirement Pension Plan Management KR (3538) infotype, and you can select the status applicable to each enrolled employee.

The Calculate Retirement Pension Contribution (KR) (KRRPC) payroll function reads the status, and for those who participate in the plans, calculates the contribution amounts from the employer or the employees.
