Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component BW-BCT-ISR-AA (Retail Analytical Applications).
With this BAdI, you can adjust the characteristic selection for an analysis run. It also enables you to make further selections in addition to the user input you have entered.
Requirements
Standard settings
The BAdI is filter-dependent and is intended for multiple uses. The system uses the relevant analysis configuration of the analysis run as a BAdI filter.
In the default implementation, the system adds the selection Unequal to <initial value> to the field Item, if you did not already limit this field with the user dialog. This is useful if data records are present in the TLOG cube, that do not match a sales item of a POS receipt (for example, information on the payment method, tax details, etc.).
