Use

In this IMG activity, you map wage types to reimbursement types maintained for Additional Payments infotype (0015).

An employee creates a request through Employee Self -Service (ESS). In case of claim requests paid through regular payroll, the system reads this table to determine the wage type maintained by you for reimbursement type of the request. The system creates a record in the retrieved wage type of the Additional Payments infotype (0015).

Activities

  • Choose New Entries.
  • Select the reimbursement type.
  • Select the required wage type.
  • Save your entries.

Example

Consider that you have maintained the reimbursement type as SLTA and subtype for Additional Payments infotype (0582) as LTA. Consider that you want to create record in the subtype LTA of Additional Payments infotype (0582) for all the claim requests paid through regular payroll that have reimbursement type as SLTA. To do this, select reimbursement type as SLTA and subtype as LTA. When an employee creates a claim request paid through regular payroll having reimbursement type as SLTA, the system reads this table. It reads the subtype maintained for reimbursement type SLTA. In this case, it will be LTA and creates record in this subtype of the Additional Payments infotype (0582).
