Use

In this IMG activity, you map subtypes maintained for Loans infotype (0045) to reimbursement types.

An employee creates a request through Employee Self-Service (ESS). In case of an advance request, the system reads this table to determine the subtype maintained by you for reimbursement type of the request. The system creates a record for the relevant subtype of Loans infotype (0045).

Note

You should map one subtype of Loans infotype (0045) to only one reimbursement type.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Select the reimbursement type.
  3. Select the subtype.
  4. Select the loan condition.
  5. Save your entries.
