Use

In this IMG activity, you perform the following functions:

  • Define groups for reimbursement types
  • Map reimbursement types to reimbursement groups

System generates work item based on reimbursement type of the request. It generates a single work item for those claims, advance requests that have reimbursement types belonging to same reimbursement group.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Specify the reimbursement type group.
  3. Select the reimbursement type.
  4. Save your entries.

Example

Consider you have reimbursement types SCEA and SCHA. You want to generate a single work item for all claims, advance requests that have reimbursement type as SCEA or SCHA. In this case, you define a reimbursement type group R1 and map SCEA and SCHA to R1 as follows:

  • Enter reimbursement type group as R1 and reimbursement type as SCEA.
  • Enter reimbursement type group as R1 and reimbursement type as SCHA.

The system will generate a single work item for all claims, advance requests that have reimbursement types SCEA and SCHA.
