Use

This Business Add-In (Add-In) is used in the Claims component.

This Add-In enables you to define reimbursement type groups for a certain set of employees. The system then generates a single work item for all the reimbursement types that belong to that reimbursement type group for this set of employees.

In the SAP standard system, you can define reimbursement type groups in the IMG activity under Payroll India -> India Public Sector -> ESS -> Claims -> Define Groups of Reimbursement Types. f you have maintained that system cannot generate a single work item for a reimbursement type group, but for a certain set of employees you want the system to generate a single work item for a reimbursement type group, you can do so using this Add-In.

You should only carry out this step if both of the following points apply:

  • The SAP standard processes do not suit your needs
  • You are a competent ABAP/4 programmer
