Use
In this IMG activity, you define de-reservation reasons of a roster point ID.
You can assign these reasons to roster point IDs categorized under vertical reservation. You should maintain de-reservation reasons when you assign an employee of an unreserved category to a roster point of reserved category.

- Choose New Entries.
- Specify the de-reservation ID.
- Specify the description for de-reservation ID.
- Save your entries.
Example
You have created a reason ID as RS1 and the description as Suitable SC, ST, OBC candidate not found.
Consider a scenario, where you promote an employee of an unreserved category to a reserved roster point ID, then you have to specify reasons for this action. You can specify the de-reservation reasons of this roster point ID as Suitable SC, ST, OBC candidate not found.
