  4. Save your entries.

Example

You can maintain:

  • Recruitment types as:
    • Direct recruitment - This is for employees hired outside the company.
    • Open competition - This is for employees hired through an open announcement.
    • Non Open competition - This is for employees hired through campus selection.
  • Promotion types as:
    • Promotion by selection - This is for employees promoted based on test or interview, through internal promotion in your company.
    • Time barred promotion - This is for employees promoted after completion of required time gap from last promotion.
