Use
In this IMG activity, you define privileges of an approver level. Depending on the type of authorization configured for an approver level , a user belonging to a particular approval level can changing the:
Granted amount
Loan condition
You can configure an approval level as having the authorization to change both values, change either one of the values or not have the authorization to change any values.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Choose New Entries.
Enter the country grouping.
Enter the approve level.
Select the Ind. for Granted Amt indicator, if you want to grant the corresponding approver level the privilege of changing the granted amount.
Select the Ind. for Loan Condition indicator, if you want to grant the corresponding approver level the privilege of changing the loan condition.
Save your entries.
Example
Consider that you have an approver level AL1. You want this approver level AL1 to have the privilege to change the granted amount and loan condition for an employee. To assign this privilege:
Select the approver level AL1
Select the grant amount indicator
Select the loan condition indicator
You have assigned the privilege to change the amount claimed by an employee to AL1. All the approvers belonging to AL1 also have the privilege to change the amount claimed by an employee.
