Use

WPBP splits in EEs Pensionable Gross

There are three parts to activating WPBP splits in Pensionable Gross.

  1. You must change your handling of /111 during the PCRs in the payroll, so that none of the PCRs called in the payroll that manipulate /111 remove necessary WPBP split information. This can mostly be done by changing the Processing Class 04 setting for /111 from "0" to "6". But you will probably have more settings to make.
  2. You must activate GBCHG "Node 009: GPENS: Pensionable Gross (requires WPBP splits)" so that GPENS knows to expect WPBP splits in Pensionable Gross.
  3. You must ensure the WPBP will contain all the splits that will need! As customers won't want to maintain these splits manually (by using "Actions" to record changes to IT0071 and the employee's 16th and 22nd birthdates) we have provided a new payroll function GWPBP to do this for you.
