Use
There are a large number of forms that might be used during the various Pension Auto-Enrolment processes that you could be using. For each of these two forms are necessary;
1) a letter (which includes the employee's Home Address) to be printed and posted to the employee
2) a form (which doesn't include their Home Address) that can be attached to an email and sent to the employee
In Master Data, when viewing forms that are going to be sent or have already been sent, we have restricted the form used to be the email version - so that it does not unnecessarily include the details of the employee's home address.
Even if you do not intend to send emails/print letters within SAP and instead are outsourcing these arrangements to a 3rd party, "dummy" forms must be provided here. If the "dummy" doesn't exist you will receive the following error message.

&1 is either "letter" or "email" and
&2 is the form name that you have entered in T5G_AEFORMS
