Use

Email Notifications

The rules for Notification via Email are as follows;

  1. Feature GBELC must have a return value for that employee.
  2. Feature GBELC's return value must be a valid subtype of IT0105.
  3. ALL employees will then receive an email rather than a printed form unless they have an IT3243 that states that they don't want PAE electronically.
    1. No IT3243 still implies that they wish to receive emails.
    2. Any EE that doesn't have an email address but has been selected for receiving emails (via the decisions above) will be reported as an error by the reports during the emailing of the notifications.
