Opt-In for Jobholders Only (Feature GBAE7)
In this feature you can activate that a group of employees are only opted into to an Auto-Enrolment scheme via the payroll if they are a jobholder.
The system default is that ALL categories of worker will be Auto-Enrolled into an AE Scheme at the start of the next pay reference period, if they choose to Opt In and are a Jobholder at that point in time (i.e. when the Opt-In form is received).
However, by setting this feature to an 'X' you choose that only Jobholders at the start of the next pay reference period will be Auto-Enrolled into an AE Scheme. This may be confusing for employees as they will have chosen to opt in, but won't be Auto-Enrolled into an AE Scheme until they are a Jobholder at the start of the next pay reference period.
