Use
This report uploads the employees' opt in information present in the spreadsheet (saved in CSV format) on to the Opt In tab of Pensions Reform (3297) infotype and at the same time it updates Pension Details (0071) and National Insurance Details (0069) if those columns have been supplied.
Note
Opting-In (by Non-Eligible Jobholders) is performed by the payroll, so both the IT0069 and IT0071 fields must be left empty.
Contractual Joining (by any category of worker) is performed by creating an IT0071 record that reflects the employee's wishes. So you will need to fill the IT0069 and IT0071 fields as necessary in the Excel Spreadsheet.
Requirements
The CSV file must have the same column format is the structure P08_PAE_OI_FILE and dates in the CSV file must either be DD.MM.YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY (no other format will be converted correctly).
