Use

In this Customizing activity, you can link the dynamic action that deletes the details of these wage types when they are change or deleted. This means that when you delete or change the wage types that the system must consider for student loan arrears, the dynamic action automatically deletes the associated details of the same.

In this Customizing activity, you can create dynamic action when your student loan arrears wage type is created in the Recurring Payments and Deductions (0014) infotype to automatically bring up the Additional Payments (0015) infotype with the specified wage type to enter the amount that the employee must repay.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Enter infotype Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype
  2. Find the dynamic action for NZ student loan arrears
  3. Replace the model company student loan arrears (D021) wage type with your custom wage type for student loan arrears.
  4. Replace the model company student loans arrears balance (D022) wage type with your custom wage type for student loan arrears balance.
  5. Create a new entry in the table as per your requirements.
