In this customizing activity, you maintain the tax details of the organization.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  • Select New Entries
  • Select the Company Code
  • Enter the validity period for the information
  • Maintain the Employer IRD number
  • Enter Employer Trade Name
  • Enter contact details for the employer such as Name, Phone number, e-mail address, postal address
  • Select Exempt Employer checkbox if the employer is exempt from automatic enrolment in Kiwisaver.

Note

It is recommended that customers should delete any model company entries, particularly if they only have one company code in their organization. Otherwise the Employer Monthly Schedule (NZEMS) function will check for cross company transfers unnecessarily.
